I like the Stim-Free Workouts. I typically add more water than the directions say and use 1/2 a serving and get plenty of energy and feel stronger to get through my workouts. Taste is then of course diluted but still tastes great to me. An individual sample packet will last me 2 workouts. With the stim-free I'm also not stuck awake all night. I prefer the sample packs as every time I have orders full tubs they've either arrived hardened or harden shortly after opening despite the moisture packet.
