Love it!
This was my first time using a pre workout supplement. I'm so glad I did. I love the flavor! The first time I just used half a scoop but didn't notice much difference. The next time I used a whole scoop and felt great. It definitely helps my workouts! Thank you Idealfit! I'm so glad I found you!
Sour aftertaste
Not a huge fan of the flavor but it did help boost my workout and I love that it didn’t make me feel jittery and weird. I do get the “tingles” but that’s expected in most pre-workout powders. Will definitely try another flavor. Great company and super fast shipping.
Preworkout Non stim
I’ve never used a preworkout but was lacking energy after work for my workouts. This does a good job giving me energy, but it’s so potent that I would flush, get tingly and itchy, I thought I had an allergic reaction. I found this can be normal so I halved the suggested dosage and it works great! I miss this with my bcaas before my workout. Gives me the energy and the hydration I need right before workout.
Should have researched more
I bought the stim-free pre-workout because I always workout late in the afternoon and need to be up early. I tried researching as much as possible about pre-workouts but it wasn't enough. Even though it is caffeine free, the Beta-alanine and Niacin was the issue. I started off with a half scoop and I was fine, increased it a bit more and the itching and tingly feelings were unbearable. I couldn't drive! The price is decent which is why I do not feel bad If I stop using it. I will try for a half scoop again and hope to get a good workout.
