5I enjoy this in my smoothies, and milk it with almond milk for my plain toasted oats cereal in the morning. SO GOOD!

3Flavor just ok. But, since my favorites Pina Colada or Peaches & cream are no longer available, this will have to do. Wish they would bring them back, they were delish!

4I read the reviews on how it doesn’t taste well, but I still decided to try it out. If I drink it mixed with almond milk (which is what I usually do after working out) then I admit, I can’t drink it. It ended up sitting in my cabinet while I used the Chocolate brownie protein instead. After reaching out through IdealFit’s Facebook in a post, I got suggestions on how to use it. I started with protein smoothies using the Strawberries and cream protein and it was super good! So now I use it as a meal replacement smoothie. I do recommend that this be used in addition to other fruits or adding it to make desserts or with yogurt.

2I've liked every other flavor from idealfit except this one. It tastes just like medicine I had to drink as a child. Gross. I recommend idealfit protein, but definitely not this flavor.

2I was really excited when I saw this flavor. It smells great but it is way too sweet for me. I normally drink my protein with unsweetened almond milk and blueberries but the sweetness was too much. I tried watering it down by using water instead of almond milk and hoped that with the tartness of the blueberries it would taste better...but it didn't. A little disappointed because this was my first time trying IdealFIt protein... I might try brownie next but now I'm hoping its not too chocolaty....

2I liked this flavor for the first two weeks, then it just tasted not so good. It really did have a weird aftertaste. It didn't quite taste so fresh and strawberry but more fake strawberry. It was fine, but not good! I won't be purchasing this kind again.
