cookies and cream
I've been drinking these shakes every morning for a few years. They had a sale and I ordered several tubs of the Cookies and Cream, my favorite after they discontinued the Chocolate Cream Pie. Well not sure what they did but the cookies and cream is nothing like it was. Flavor is very different and the consistency is different as well. Used to mix with almond milk and a banana and it was like a thick shake, satisfying and filling. When I do so now it's like drinking milk. Not happy and won't be buying anymore. Very disappointed!
Not Your Typical IdealFit Shake
Yuck! I made myself one of these shakes… does not taste like cookies n cream… i took 2 sips… threw it down the drain!
Want the best tasting smoothie you've ever had??
THIS! You want a smoothie that tastes like you bought it from Smoothie King?? I've been making smoothies for years with all kinds of protein powders, fruits, vegetables, etc, and this flavor is the best I have ever found that makes it taste like I spent a lot of money on it. Yes, by itself, it tastes like cookies and cream; it's really good. So I thought, let me try this in a smoothie since it has that vanilla cream base to it. Lo and behold my household went nuts over it. I use anywhere from 1/2 a scoop to a whole scoop depending on how many other ingredients I'm putting in the blender, and that's enough to flavor the entire smoothie. Enjoy!

Really love the flavor. I wish a different 0 glycemic sweetener was used, instead of sucralose.

Other protein powders make me bloated and gassy. This does NOT. Other protein powders have, at best, an okay taste. This is DELICIOUS. I love that you don't need to add things to make these taste good. I also love that it's almost 100% protein macros. I add a half scoop to my greek yogurt and it tastes like dessert. Same to oatmeal. Same to plain almondmilk. I add it to pancakes and waffles for protein and flavor. 10/10 recommend.

This is my favorite flavor of all that I've tried so far. Love the fact that I can have it for my low carb diet and it tastes great.
Protein powder
I find that cookies and cream is not my favorite it’s just too sweet. Everything came quickly but there are other flavors I Really like better.
