Gluteamine
This is my first time trying this product and I really enjoy it. I can tell the difference on days I forget to add it to my protein. However, the tub says 2 scoops is a serving size and there is 60 servings in the container. I’ve only been doing 1 scoop and it still only lasted me 1 month. Not sure what the mix up is there tbh. I’ll still reorder though. It makes the difference in muscle recovery. I swear!
