Awesome product
Love this product as it works great with tough lifting workouts! And results are noticeable with the use of this product! Would give it 5 stars but it seems to be out of stock ALOT so I am only giving it 4.
Did nothing
I've used all of both tubs and feel like I wasted my money. I did the 6-week Fit Model challenge and used the L-carnitine with CLA and didn't burn any more fat than what I did on my own. I say that because the slimming was minimal. Don't waste your money.

Love this product! Although, it does have kind of sweet smell/taste, but its not bad (really, its barely noticeable). I've seen great results so far, and I've been using this product for about 4 months now.

Where has this stuff been all my life?!! I wish I would have known the benefits of L carnitine years ago. I Absolutely LOVE this product. I love the steady energy I feel. And I can't get over how much I sweat when I work out with this. (I'm a person who usually gets a really red face and just sweats a little) I love the feeling of a good sweat after working so hard! L carnitine is a staple in my workout supplements now!!

Updated review progress: Since continuing the use of l-carnitine with other products of idealfit it really helped accelerated with fat loss and endurance helping my body be more efficient. With this and bcaas recovery time is much faster especially with high intensity workouts. L-carnitine even helps with oxidative stress.
