L Carnitine
I absolutely love this stuff. I like to try things at different times to see how it works with my body. And I definitely like taking it first thing when I wake up and on an empty stomach. I mix it with organic apple juice and wait about 10-15 min before I eat. Love it. I feel a little more energized than usual as well.
Small but mighty
The bottle is soooo tiny but the scoop is also small with the equivalent to any other protein out there (5G). I love this little thing !

Not sure what the CLAs or crayoned are doing to me but I don’t have a problem with them either. No weight gain and muscle toning still trying. It has only been like 2 weeks. Thank you.
Worth Trying
I have tried the fat burner and CLA, but this one is my favorite. It's pretty much tasteless and I mix mine with my preworkout in the morning. Follow the directions on the container, and you should see results. I have noticed far less bloating after using this product, and it has helped with losing fat off my lower belly. Keep in mind though, YOU CANNOT SPOT REDUCE. So if you're looking for something to burn only belly fat, you probably will be disappointed. If you are looking for a supplement to help YOU burn your excess body fat, then this product will make you happy.
I'm satisfied
I've been taking l-carnitine for 1 month along with the fat burner. I've been running for 2 years and lost 32lbs doing that. I started weight lifting to help tone my body and tighten the loose skin, and I wasn't really getting anywhere or seeing any improvements. Two weeks after taking l-carnitine I started to see definition in my arms and legs when I was at the gym, and my workouts seem "more focused". Whether or not it's the l-carnitine working, I don't know, but I didn't see any definition until after I started taking it. I take it first thing in the morning before food and start my workout within an hour following. For the price, I'll keep using

I love this supplement! In the first month I notice how well it works. I being working out for 7 years 5 days a week, eating clean, drinking water, protein..... But never toned. Now my arms are looking amazing sowing up the muscle.
