5I was on the fence about creatine but decided to give it a try..I really enjoy seeing the effects it gives you an extra boost to your workouts.i take a half scoop with my pre workout then the other half with 8 oz of bcaa

4I've only used IdealLean Creatine for 5 days so I cannot attest to results; however, I seem to have increased endurance when lifting. The product is completely tasteless. I mix with preworkout on morning workout days or BCAAs (also phenomenal) on non morning workout days. Great value!
