Backup Vitamin
From Idealfit there’s a different vitamin that is my main daily vitamin but when they’re not in stock these are my backup ones :) No taste & easy to take.

Really helps with muscle soreness. I'm able to go longer and recover faster from my long power walks.
Everything you need
This mix is exactly what you need. So many (almost all) are deficient in these, why not make your body complete? The dosage is just right as well, so you don’t over do it if you eat a diet rich in these. I notice a huge different post workout, still have energy without the muscle cramps ar night. So the question is why aren’t you taking this!
