Bird house review
Is a bit strong, so use 16 oz of water. I loved it once it was a bit diluted. I also have added it to my dragon fruit clear whey, and discovered a balanced and refreshing flavor.

This BCAA powder is amazing. Such a great taste. I mix it with some fruita for the perfect after workout snack.

It serves its purpose. The flavor is OK. Nothing to write home about. But I will probably get again when I run out.
