Great Protein
I was referred this protein powder by a friend because I was sick of the typical protein powder shakes I was using from my local drugstore. To say I LOVE this clear whey is an understatement. Its easy to mix up, there are no clumps and the taste is amazing!! The serving size suggests one scoop to 10-12 ounces of water but I personally do Two scoops to 20-24 ounces of water and I see a difference in myself no matter how I mix it up!
