Multi compartment bottle
I have two of these & they are the only shaker bottles I use now. So convenient to have the compartments for powder, supplements, etc...to make taking it on the go easier. Highly recommend!

I have two of these shaker cups, they are very well made, much better quality than the shaker cups from WalMart, but I wish they came in another color, my husband actually loves the design of these, but doesn't wish to carry around a pink shaker cup! haha

Love all the compartments, it holds just the right amount. My only issue with this is the snap close lid. It is very hard to close sometimes and you have to make sure to hear the snap otherwise it can get messy fast.

I have to say, I haven't used the all of the components, but I use the cup daily. I make a protein shake for breakfast, using IdeaFit, flavor free protein powder combined with alomond milk and flavorings,every day.

This bottle is good. Nice and wide and the attachments are great for snacks or protein powders.
Perfect
Love this, use it in the morning for my supplement and then in the afternoon turn around and use it again with my pre workout that is in the bottom compartment . Wish it came in different colors.
