Loves me some bands
I love these bands and are so easy to use. Plus there are just right resistance for what I'm using them for. Also love the small case they come in for easy find in gym bag.

Bands
I purchased the resistance bands. I would like to know which color is what resistance? They all look the same, they all feel the same. Although it does increase the workout intensity slightly, I did feel the band could have had more resistance. The gray band rolled up during the workout. They just don't seem to stay in place.

For a while now, I've wanted a pair of bands but have put off buying them, sure I wouldn't use them. Since I got them free with my protein powder order, I was eager to try them. Wow oh wow! I used them for leg and glute exercises and I can certainly feel my muscles working.
Booty Bands
I recently purchased these Booty Bands so I could take them with me to the gym as the ones at the gym are constantly breaking. I like the colors and the bag they come in, but I wish the bands had more tension in them. I found all three colors to be too loose for some of the band exercises I like.
