Daily Tip

Hey girl! It's day 1 and that means getting ready for the rest of the week. Make sure that you have everything you need so that you're prepared for your meals. Being prepared will make your life way less stressful.

Don't forget to drink enough water to fuel your workouts and help keep your body healthy. You should be drinking 1-1.5 gallons every day to stay well hydrated.

All veggies are free on my meal plan so there's no reason that you should feel hungry. Load up on as many veggies as you like, they're a great way to add variety and flavor to every meal. Plus, they're packed with vitamins and minerals.

FIBER FIBER FIBER! Fiber is key to staying full, fueling workouts and losing weight. Try adding in greens (I like sauteed spinach) whenever you can to meals.

Today is your first day of yoga and chill. I love yoga and chill day, it's a great day to stretch and recover and give your body a break. Don't skip yoga and chill day because it will help you recover faster.

If you're still sore even after yoga and chill day be sure to pick up some IdealLean BCAAs. They will help your body get the nutrients it needs in order to recover faster. You'll be less sore so you'll be able to get more out of each workout.

Don't forget about your halfway check-in. Be sure to do your measurements and weight after you've used the bathroom but before you eat your first meal of the day. This will give you a better look at what changes are really happening.

Today you're starting the last round of our 5 day split. Strong legs are sexy legs so don't feel shy about trying heavier weights with this workout. I want you to push yourself so you can really see results and feel the burn!

Dreaming of all the goodies you're going to binge on as soon as this challenge is over is a surefire way to reverse all the progress you've made. Instead, remember how healthy eating and exercise makes you feel and don't let that feeling go!

Don't forget to submit your final measurements and after pictures for a chance to win many fabulous prizes. To get the most accurate numbers take your measurements after you go to the bathroom but before you eat anything. Also, when taking your after picture try to wear the same outfit and stand in the same place, with similar lighting.
