My challenge is a gym based program, with simple and delicious meal plans. I love training at the gym because it is a place to connect, build relationships, sweat it out, and move. The environment is electric.
My workouts are designed to help you get some of your best results EVER! They are split up into three different parts to sculpt lean muscle, burn fat, and stretch it all out. Real change happens when you push yourself and step outside of your comfort zone—so give it your all.
And you DON’T have to spend all day meal prepping to see results. It can be manageable, simple, and delicious. With my Challenge you will get 8 (or more!) recipes to choose from for every meal. This way you can switch things up, stick to your favorites, or mix and match as you choose.
My challenge is different than others because it is about way MORE than having a toned tummy and sculpted legs. It is about becoming confident in your own skin. It’s about those happy endorphins that make you feel good and keep you coming back for more. The body is just the byproduct of the training.
I believe in celebrating life through movement and cherishing your body for all that it is capable of. Fit Model Fitness is more about an ATTITUDE; it’s an empowered way of living and owning who you are. A sculpted body represents strength, and strong is the new sexy. Strong FEELS sexy.
