I think this guide is a great tool for people wanting to learning about macros. I had some knowledge and a lot of unanswered questions. After reading this, I know understand and have been trying to incorporate this in my diet. It has been easier than I expected, and it has been a game changer. Love it!

Too broad, not

After doing much of my own research online, I did not learn much... not enough for the price. I was able to glean how to calculate my basic macros based off Lindsey's challenges and other (free) literature. It's very broad and groups people into weight classes. I was hoping to learn how to calculate what is best, specifically for me. I was hoping to gain more knowledge on how to adjust my macros for muscle building. This book only touches on fat loss and maintenance. On the other hand, I did like the FAQ and the tips for vacation.

This is a great little guide that explains what macros are, how to track them and how to determine your macro targets to achieve your fitness goals. The information in this guide also taught me how to substitute virtually any healthy food into the 15 day challenge and/or 6 week challenge (both of which I also highly recommend), providing flexibility that feels truly liberating and sustainable on a long-term basis. At first, I thought there was no way I'm going to be able to figure this out, but after a little trial and error with figuring out the numbers, I had an Aha! moment and it turned out to be pretty easy to get. Glad I got this ebook!

I was feeling lost when it came to counting macros and getting things organized. After going through the book I didn't feel so overwhelmed and had guidance on where to begin with my macros. I highly recommend the book for anyone feeling overwhelmed with starting to count macros.

This e-book is the best for people who want to learn how to track macros. It gives you all the information you need to get started. If you just finished the 15 day or 6 week program that Trainer Lindsey offers and want to know what to do next, this is the book you need. I highly recommend it!

This ebook is pretty basic. I felt there were too many examples in it and that most of the info is easy to find on the internet. I was hoping for something that would help clear up the confusion of macros.

I've been tracking/counting my Macros for almost 2 years now. I purchased this book thinking it would help me take this to the next level. Over all I do think it's a great book with solid information. However it more of a beginners guide. So if your someone like myself who already has some knowledge and experience with Macros this book might not give you any new information.
