I am giving this product a 3 out of 5 stars because I am new to using this product and have not seen all the results I want just yet. I am new to using this product and this line altogether. I have been using the Vanilla Protein Powder for about 3 weeks and have seen a drastic change in my appetite. I have gained about 10 pounds (which makes me 145 pounds) in the last year that I just want to tone up and not necessarily lose. I originally bought this product to do the 15 Day Challenge. I use the Vanilla Protein Powder in my breakfast drink (which is unsweetened vanilla milk, a banana, and the protein powder). I wasn't sure how I would like this product and I have grown to love and look forward to my breakfast smoothie. I am religiously using the protein powder alongside of exercising daily and hope to see more results in appearance as I keep using this product. As a first time buyer, I would recommend using this product if you are looking to decrease your appetite. I feel if I keep using the protein powder and following the steps and guidelines from Trainer Lindsey, I will reach the goal I want to reach. I hope to change my rating in the coming months.
The shakes are amazing by themselves and curb my urge to reach for a sweet treat, but this recipe book takes them to another level! You won't believe how decadently you can drink (a protein shake) and actually still lose weight.

I wish it were a book and not an e-book. I have trouble pulling it up. It wants to recharge me for it.
