White Chocolate Peppermint Mocha

A delicious white chocolate peppermint mocha

  1. Heat almond milk and coffee in a saucepan over medium heat until hot, but not boiling. Let cool for a few minutes, and whisk in protein until smooth. Pour into a mug and if desired, top with whipped cream and crushed candy cane. Enjoy!

White Chocolate Peppermint Pretzel Rods

  1. Mix yogurt, pudding mix, and protein until smooth. Dip pretzels or use a spoon to spread yogurt mixture onto pretzel rods and lay onto parchment covered baking sheet. Sprinkle crushed candy cane and freeze for 30 minutes. Store in freezer. Enjoy!

White Chocolate Peppermint Popcorn

  1. Melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave or on stovetop and mix until smooth. Add protein and mix until combined.
    Add popcorn to an airtight container and drizzle white chocolate mixture on top. Cover and shake to coat popcorn. Enjoy

  1. Blend together almond milk, protein, and strawberries. Pour into a bowl, top with granola and pomegranate seeds, and enjoy!

White Chocolate Peppermint Oreo Truffles

A healthy high-protein white chocolate peppermint

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place a sheet of wax paper over a cookie sheet, set aside.
  2. Place Oreos in a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs. Add protein and pulse a few times until blended.
  3. In a kitchen aid or bowl mix together cream cheese and peppermint extract. Add Oreo mixture to cream cheese and mix until well combined.
  4. Roll into balls. Each ball is about 18g. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt together white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Roll each ball in chocolate mixture and sprinkle with crushed peppermint.

Makes 16 balls. Serving size 1 ball. Calories per serving: 96 / Fat 4g / Carbs 11g / Protein 4g
