4 Mouthwatering Turkey Recipes

Thanksgiving is awesome.

It’s a time for family, food, and remembering all the things we have to be grateful for.

But once all the festivities are done, there will certainly be a mound of leftover turkey.

To help get rid of it all in a timely manner, try out these 4 healthy and delicious turkey recipes!

Turkey Cranberry Wrap

  • 1 large whole wheat tortilla
  • 1 light Laughing Cow cheese wedge
  • 3 oz carved turkey, cubed
  • 1 c leafy greens
  • 1 tbsp. unsweetened dried cranberries


  1. Mix turkey, cheese, and cranberries until combined. Add to the middle of the tortilla and layer with greens. Fold in sides of tortilla and roll into a wrap. Slice down the middle diagonally and enjoy!

Turkey Roll Up

  • 1 tbsp. plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp. ranch dressing mix
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla (around 100 cal)
  • 2 oz sliced turkey breast
  • 1 large romaine lettuce leaf
  • 4 tomato slices


  1. Mix Greek yogurt and ranch mix seasoning and spread mixture over entire tortilla. Layer romaine lettuce leaf, turkey slice, and tomatoes.
  2. Roll tortilla tightly and continue rolling until tightly wrapped.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least half an hour. Cut into 6 or more slices and enjoy!
  4. Prep time: 5 minutes. Fridge time: 30 minutes
  5. Makes 1 serving.

Turkey Lunch Box

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 1 tbsp. guacamole
  • 2 oz turkey breast
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • 1 large romaine lettuce leaf
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 2 tbsp. Greek yogurt ranch dressing
  • 1 c fresh strawberries


  1. Spread guacamole over entire tortilla. Layer turkey breast, cheese, romaine, and tomato. Fold edges in and carefully roll up. Cut into half and side with strawberries and cucumber slices.

Lemon Balsamic Quinoa Turkey Salad

  • 2 c spring salad mix
  • 3 oz shredded turkey
  • 1 oz sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 c cooked quinoa
  • 5 fresh basil leaves, chopped

Lemon Balsamic Vinaigrette:

  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste


    1. Top greens with shredded chicken, tomatoes, quinoa and basil leaves.
    2. Mix vinaigrette dressing ingredients and toss with salad. Enjoy!
