Tuna Salad on Crackers

Ingredients

  • 0.5 - can of tuna
  • 0.25cup - lowfat cottage cheese
  • 0.5tsp - vinegar
  • - salt & pepper to taste
  • 5 - whole wheat crackers

Instructions

  1. Drain tuna and mix with cottage cheese, vinegar, and salt and pepper. Spread tuna mixture onto whole wheat crackers and enjoy!

  2. Makes 1 serving.
