Strawberry Lava Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup unsweetened almond coconut milk
  • 1 scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
  • 0.33 frozen banana
  • 0.5 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 tsp coconut extract
  • strawberry syrup
  • 1 cup strawberries

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients, except for strawberries.

  2. Calories: 228, Protein: 22g, Carbs: 28g, Fat: 2g,

  3. Blend strawberries separately until pureed.

  4. Now pour the syrup in a glass alternating with the smoothie mixture to give it a lava flow look. Enjoy!
