- 16 oz plain sparkling water
- 1 c Strawberry Halo Top Ice Cream
Method
Mix sparkling water and IdealLean Strawberry Kiwi BCAAs until powder fully dissolves.
Spoon ice cream into glass and top with sparkling BCAAs mixture. Enjoy!
