- 1cup - strawberries, diced, divided
- 1.5 - scoop Strawberries \'N Cream IdealLean Protein
- 2tbsp - coconut flour
- 0.5tsp - baking powder
Preheat oven to 325F.
Pulse 1/2 cup strawberries in a blender or food processor a few times. Dice the remaining 1/2 cup of strawberries and set aside.
Combine protein, coconut flour, and baking powder in a bowl. Mix well. Add blended strawberries and mix until combined. Fold in diced strawberries.
Spoon 6 cookies onto parchment-lined cookie sheet.
Bake about 10 minutes, or just until firm. Don’t over bake!
Remove from oven and let cool.
