Strawberries ‘N Cream Sprinkle Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 0.75cup - Oat Flour
  • 1 - Scoop IdealLean Cake Batter Protein
  • 0.75tsp - Baking Powder
  • 0.25tsp - Baking Soda
  • 0.25tsp - Salt
  • 0.5cup - Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 - T Agave Nectar
  • 0.5tsp - Vanilla Extract
  • 1 - Egg, Beaten
  • 1tsp - Coconut Oil, melted
  • 1tbsp - Sprinkles
  • 0.25cup - Sliced Strawberries

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients except strawberries until smooth.

  2. Using a ¼ cup, pour batter on a hot griddle.

  3. Once top of pancake is bubbly and bottom is cooked, flip and cook until both sides are done.

  4. Add slices of strawberries to top of pancake or any other desired toppings, such as sugar-free syrup. Enjoy!
