Alright, let’s just get straight to the point: I am addicted to the Stranger Things series right now, and many of you may be too! It is seriously SO amazing.
I’m currently watching season 2 and loving it. (Please no spoilers! ? ) Here’s a picture of me fangirling with a shirt I got for my birthday!
But here’s the catch. I don’t like watching Stranger Things at home because I don’t like laying down and doing nothing. I always like to be doing something! I only watch Stranger Things while I’m at the gym doing my steady state cardio.
And this got me thinking…
Why not come up with a fun Stranger Things BINGO-type workout that you can do whether you’re at home or at the gym while you’re watching this show, too!
So, that’s exactly what I did!
I’ve put together 2 versions of Workout BINGO that you can alternate between while watching any episode of Stranger Things. Also, you won’t find any spoilers below because I’m not like that!
What’s better than getting in a little calorie burn, working up a little sweat, and watching such a great show? NOTHING!

Get a fun workout in while keeping up with your favorite show!
Version 1 Workout bingo
Anytime one of the kids cusses: Do 5 Shoulder Push Ups
Anytime someone cries: Do 8 Push Ups
Anytime someone says “upside down”: Do 5 Raised Lunges
Anytime someone screams: Do 10 Side Crunches
Anytime Billy is seen driving in his car: Do 15 Burpees
Anytime a fight scene happens: Do 10 Lunges Each Side
Version 2 Workout Bingo
Anytime waffles are shown: Hold a Side Plank for 30 Seconds Each Side
Anytime someone goes into the upside down: Do 10 Side Crunches Each Side
Anytime someone’s nose bleeds: Do 15 Burpees
Anytime you hear the opening theme song: Do 20 squats (Don’t skip the intro!)
Anytime you hear a well known 80’s song play: Do 10 Crunches
Anytime someone dies: Do 10 Raised Lunges Each Side
You’ll be through this second season of Stranger Things in no time! There are so many ways to get fit and this is a great way to make it more fun. Just invite over a couple of girlfriends and make it a party!
You certainly don’t have to go to the gym in order to get your workout in! These workouts can be done anywhere, even on vacation!
