Spiced Apple Bruschetta


  • - Ricotta Spread
  • 0.25cup - low fat ricotta cheese
  • 1tbsp - French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
  • - dash of cinnamon & nutmeg
  • - Sautéed Apples
  • 0.25 - apple, thinly sliced
  • - dash of cinnamon & nutmeg
  • 1tsp - coconut oil
  • 1tsp - coconut sugar
  • 1 - slice bread (120 calories)
  • 1 - Basil leaf, torn


  1. Mix together the ricotta cheese, protein, and spices. You can splash some unsweetened almond milk into the mixture if don’t want it as thick. Set aside.

  2. Add the apples, coconut oil, spices, and coconut sugar to a skillet. Sauté the apples in a skillet over medium high heat for a couple of minutes. Once apples are softened, remove from heat.

  3. Toast the bread, and top with the ricotta spread, sautéed apples, and torn basil.
