- 1 - can low sodium chickpeas, drained and rinsed well
- 0.25cup - almond butter
- 3tbsp - maple syrup
- 1tsp - cinnamon
- 2dash - of nutmeg
- 2tbsp - unsweetened almond milk
- 0.5 - scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
Combine all ingredients together in a food processor or high powered blender. Blend until smooth with no lumps. Enjoy with cut up apples, fruit, crackers, or even spread over toast.
