Snickerdoodle Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 can low sodium chickpeas, drained and rinsed well
  • 0.25 cup almond butter
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 dash of nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.5 scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a food processor or high powered blender. Blend until smooth with no lumps. Enjoy with cut up apples, fruit, crackers, or even spread over toast.
