Ingredients
- 1 can low sodium chickpeas, drained and rinsed well
- 0.25 cup almond butter
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 dash of nutmeg
- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 0.5 scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
Method
Combine all ingredients together in a food processor or high powered blender. Blend until smooth with no lumps. Enjoy with cut up apples, fruit, crackers, or even spread over toast.
