Ingredients
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 scoop IdealLean Snickerdoodle Protein
- 0.5 cup blanched almond flour
- 2 tbsp oats, ground
- 0.25 tsp baking soda
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon
- 0.125 tsp salt
- 0.5 cup Vanilla Bean Halo Top Ice Cream
Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix coconut oil, coconut sugar, egg whites and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, mix protein, almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Add to wet mixture and stir until combined.
Pour batter into skillet and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Serve immediately with a ½ cup scoop of ice cream. Enjoy!
