Snickerdoodle Cake

Ingredients

  • 2tbsp - coconut oil, melted
  • 2tbsp - coconut sugar
  • 2 - egg whites
  • 0.5tsp - vanilla extract
  • 1 - scoop IdealLean Snickerdoodle Protein
  • 0.5cup - blanched almond flour
  • 2tbsp - oats, ground
  • 0.25tsp - baking soda
  • 0.25tsp - cinnamon
  • 0.125tsp - salt
  • 0.5cup - Vanilla Bean Halo Top Ice Cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix coconut oil, coconut sugar, egg whites and vanilla.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix protein, almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Add to wet mixture and stir until combined.

  3. Pour batter into skillet and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Serve immediately with a ½ cup scoop of ice cream. Enjoy!

  4. Serves 4. Serving size: ¼ of cake with ice cream. Calories per serving: 220 / Protein 12g / Carbs 14g / Fat 15g
