Red Velvet Protein Waffles

Ingredients

  • - Waffle Batter
  • 1cup - oat flour
  • 2tbsp - unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 - scoop Chocolate Brownie IdealLean Protein
  • 0.25tsp - salt
  • 1tsp - baking powder
  • 0.75cup - unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 - egg
  • 2tsp - red food coloring
  • 0.25tsp - white balsamic vinegar
  • 0.5tsp - vanilla extract
  • 1tbsp - coconut oil, melted
  • - Cream Cheese Glaze
  • 2tbsp - fat-free cream cheese
  • 2tbsp - unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.5tsp - vanilla extract
  • 1tbsp - baking stevia

Instructions

  1. Mix together oat flour, cocoa, chocolate brownie IdealLean protein, salt, and baking powder. Next add almond milk, egg, food coloring, vinegar, vanilla extract, and coconut oil and mix until combined.

  2. Pour into heated waffle iron and remove when done.

  3. Blend together all glaze ingredients until smooth and serve on top of waffles. Enjoy!
