Ingredients

  • 4 cup salad greens
  • 6 oz taco meat (lean ground beef or turkey)
  • 0.25 cup sliced olives
  • 0.25 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup tomatoes, chopped
  • 0.25 cup red onion, sliced or cubed
  • 0.25 avocado, cubed
  • 1 bag IdealLean Ranch FitChix

Method

  1. Toss all ingredients together and divide into 2 equal servings. Enjoy with low fat dressing or salsa.
