Pumpkin Yogurt Dip
- 1cup - plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 0.5cup - pumpkin puree
- 1 - scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
- 1tsp - cinnamon
- 0.5tsp - vanilla extract
- 0.25tsp - ground ginger
- 0.25tsp - ground nutmeg
- 1tbsp - agave
Combine all ingredients together in a medium bowl and mix until smooth. Taste and adjust spices and sweetener if needed. Dip with fruit, or top with granola! Delicious on top of pancakes/waffles as well!
