Pumpkin Yogurt Dip

Pumpkin Yogurt Dip

Ingredients

  • 1cup - plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 0.5cup - pumpkin puree
  • 1 - scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
  • 1tsp - cinnamon
  • 0.5tsp - vanilla extract
  • 0.25tsp - ground ginger
  • 0.25tsp - ground nutmeg
  • 1tbsp - agave

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a medium bowl and mix until smooth. Taste and adjust spices and sweetener if needed. Dip with fruit, or top with granola! Delicious on top of pancakes/waffles as well!
