A healthy high-protein pumpkin spice latte

Pumpkin Spice Latte


  • 1c - unsweetened almond milk
  • 6oz - hot water, mixed with 1 tsp espresso instant coffee
  • 1 - scoop Idealean French Vanilla Protein
  • 2tbsp. - fat free whipped cream (optional)
  • 2tbsp. - pumpkin puree
  • .5tsp. - pumpkin pie spice


  1. Heat almond milk, pumpkin puree, and espresso shot over medium heat until hot, but not boiling. Let cool for a few minutes. Add protein and whisk until smooth. Pour into a mug and if desired, top with whipped cream. Enjoy!
