Ingredients
- 1 c unsweetened almond milk
- 6 oz hot water, mixed with 1 tsp espresso instant coffee
- 1 scoop Idealean French Vanilla Protein
- 2 tbsp. fat free whipped cream (optional)
- 2 tbsp. pumpkin puree
- .5 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Method
Heat almond milk, pumpkin puree, and espresso shot over medium heat until hot, but not boiling. Let cool for a few minutes. Add protein and whisk until smooth. Pour into a mug and if desired, top with whipped cream. Enjoy!
