Pumpkin Protein Steamer

Ingredients

  • 1.25c - vanilla almond milk
  • 1 - scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
  • 0.5tsp. - vanilla extract
  • 0.5tsp. - cinnamon
  • 0.125tsp. - ground nutmeg
  • - Dash of ground ginger
  • 2tbsp. - pumpkin puree

Instructions

  1. Heat milk over low heat in a saucepan. Stir in pumpkin puree, spices, and dry goods and whisk until smooth.

  2. Heat through until desired temperature is reached and the ingredients are dissolved. Garnish with whipped cream and nutmeg if desired. Enjoy!
