Protein Thin Mints


  • 1 - Mint Chocolate IdealLean Protein Bar
  • 0.25cup - dark chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Roll bar into a small log and cut into 6 cookies. Bake for 6 minutes. Remove and let cool.

  2. Melt chocolate chips. Dip each cookie into chocolate to coat. Let chocolate set and enjoy!
