Pre-Workout Jell-O Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 - envelope (1 tbsp.) unflavored gelatin
  • 1cup - boiling water
  • 1cup - cold water
  • 3tsp - granulated stevia (or your choice of zero calorie sweetener)
  • 2 - scoops Cherry Limeade IdealLean Pre-Workout
  • 1 - envelope (1 tbsp.) unflavored gelatin

  • 2 - scoops Cherry Limeade IdealLean Pre-Workout

Instructions

  1. Bring 1 cup water to a boil.

  2. In a large bowl, stir Stevia and IdealLean Cherry Limeade pre-workout powder in 1 cup of COLD water. Take a small sip to taste the flavoring, then you’ll know if you’ll need to add more powder or sweetener. Make sure it’s all dissolved.

  3. Chill until firm.

  4. Serves 2

  5. Prep time= 5 minutes

  6. Chill time= 4 hours

  7. Calories: 13, Protein: 3g, Carbs: 0g, Fat: 0g

  8. Sprinkle gelatin into the cold water mixture and whisk until it’s thoroughly dissolved.

  9. Add boiling water to the cold mixture and stir.

  10. Pour evenly among two glasses or dishes.
