Pistachio Nice Cream


  • 2 - frozen bananas
  • 1 - scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
  • 3tbsp - sugar-free pistachio instant pudding powder
  • 0.25cup - unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.125cup - pistachios, chopped


  1. In a high powered blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients except for the pistachios. Blend until smooth, and fold in the chopped pistachios.

  2. Pour into a sealable container and freeze for at least 3 hours.

  3. Allow the ice cream to sit on the counter for about 10 minutes before scooping into it. Enjoy!
