Pistachio Nice Cream
- 2 - frozen bananas
- 1 - scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
- 3tbsp - sugar-free pistachio instant pudding powder
- 0.25cup - unsweetened almond milk
- 0.125cup - pistachios, chopped
In a high powered blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients except for the pistachios. Blend until smooth, and fold in the chopped pistachios.
Pour into a sealable container and freeze for at least 3 hours.
Allow the ice cream to sit on the counter for about 10 minutes before scooping into it. Enjoy!
