Pineapple Honey Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 - Salmon Fillet (4 oz)
  • 1tbsp. - pineapple juice
  • 1tbsp. - honey
  • 1tsp. - butter
  • 1tsp. - minced garlic
  • 0.33c. - cooked brown rice
  • 1c - brussel sprouts, baked

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, and add honey, garlic and pineapple juice.

  2. Let simmer about 5-10 minutes, until sauce thickens.

  3. Pour sauce over salmon and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until done.

  4. Serves with brown rice and brussel sprouts. Enjoy!
