Pineapple Honey Glazed Salmon
- 1 - Salmon Fillet (4 oz)
- 1tbsp. - pineapple juice
- 1tbsp. - honey
- 1tsp. - butter
- 1tsp. - minced garlic
- 0.33c. - cooked brown rice
- 1c - brussel sprouts, baked
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, and add honey, garlic and pineapple juice.
Let simmer about 5-10 minutes, until sauce thickens.
Pour sauce over salmon and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until done.
Serves with brown rice and brussel sprouts. Enjoy!
