Peanut Butter Snowballs

  • 0.5 c Natural peanut butter
  • 1 Scoop French Vanilla IdealLean
  • 3 Graham crackers, finely crushed
  • 2 tbsp. Coconut oil, melted & cooled
  • 3 tbsp. Powdered sugar


  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter, protein powder, crushed graham crackers, and coconut oil until combined.

  2. Cover and refrigerate for about an hour so the dough can chill. Roll into about 12 balls and dust with the powdered sugar.

  3. Enjoy right away or keep chilled until ready to eat.
