Peanut Butter & Jelly Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 1 - medium banana, mashed
  • 2tbsp - peanut butter
  • 2tbsp - unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 - large egg
  • 1 - scoop IdealLean French Vanilla Protein
  • 0.25cup - oat flour
  • 2tbsp - light brown sugar
  • 0.25tsp - baking powder
  • 1cup - sugar-free Cool Whip
  • 1 - scoop Grape BCAAs
  • - Red & blue food coloring (optional)
  • - Frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.

  2. Mix banana, peanut butter, applesauce, and egg until smooth.

  3. Add protein, oat flour, brown sugar, and baking powder and mix until combined.

  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. 5. Let cool.

  5. Mix cool whip, IdealLean Grape Explosion and food coloring if desired. Frost cupcakes and enjoy!
