Peanut Butter Clouds


  • 0.33c - natural peanut butter
  • 1tbsp. - unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 - scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
  • 0.5c - sugar-free Cool Whip


  1. Mix together the peanut butter and protein powder. Add almond milk to help dissolve the protein powder.

  2. Fold in ½ c. sugar-free whipped topping.

  3. Add the remaining Cool Whip a little at time folding well after each addition.

  4. Scoop or pipe the mixture using a resealable bag with a small slit, into a mini muffin pan.

  5. Set them in the freezer for an hour. Remove from freezer and pop them out with a spoon. Enjoy!
