PEANUT BUTTER CHIP ICE CREAM
- 2 - medium bananas
- 0.33c - canned lite coconut milk
- 1 - scoop IdealLean French Vanilla Protein
- 2tbsp - IdealLean Peanut Butter Powder
- 2tbsp - mini chocolate chips
Blend coconut milk, IdealLean French Vanilla protein, bananas, and powdered peanut butter until smooth.
Pour into mini loaf pan and fold chocolate chips in. Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until solid.
When ready to serve, remove from freezer and let thaw for 10 or so minutes. Scoop and enjoy!
