Peaches & Coconut Cream


  • 0.5cup - full-fat coconut milk, chilled
  • 1 - scoop Peaches 'N Cream IdealLean Protein
  • 1cup - frozen peaches


  1. Make sure to chill the canned coconut milk until it thickens. Preferably over night.

  2. Combine frozen peaches, protein powder, and coconut milk in a high powered blender.

  3. Blend until thick. Top with sugar-free Cool Whip and enjoy.
