Delicious Peach Crisp Parfait

Ingredients

  • 1cup - peaches, peeled & diced
  • 0.25tsp - cinnamon
  • 1cup - non-fat, plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 - scoop Peaches 'N Cream IdealLean Protein
  • - dash of cinnamon
  • 0.5cup - rolled oats
  • 0.25cup - pecans, chopped
  • 0.25tsp - cinnamon
  • - dash of salt
  • 1tbsp - coconut oil
  • 1tbsp - honey

Instructions

  1. Combine the honey and peaches in a small bowl. Mix and set aside.

  2. Combine the yogurt, protein powder, & cinnamon in another bowl. Stir together and set aside.

  3. Next, heat a small skillet over medium heat. Add the oats, pecans, cinnamon, salt, coconut oil, and honey. Stir together and toast ingredients all together. It should take about 3-5 minutes for the granola to toast. Be careful not to burn the granola. Once it’s cooked, pour onto a sheet of foil to cool.

  4. To assemble the parfaits, divide the ingredients between two glasses. Alternate the layers with the peaches, yogurt, and granola. Enjoy!
