Lemon Blueberry Protein Donuts


1 1/4 cups IdealFit Pancake Mix
1 tbs lemon zest
1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener of choice
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
1/2 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons coconut oil melted
1/2 cup fresh blueberries

powdered erythritol *optional*


  1. Set oven to 350 degrees. Mix together the dry ingredients, then in a separate bowl mix together the wet ingredients. Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Be careful not to overmix.
  2. Spray a donut pan with cooking spray and place batter into a piping bag. Fill the donut pan with batter. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Top with powdered erythritol and enjoy!

Makes 8 donuts. Calories per donut: 189. Net Carbs: 10 g. Fat: 5 g. Protein: 9 g.

Protein Peanut Butter Cupcakes with Chocolate Frosting


2 cups IdealFit Pancake Mix
1 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 egg
1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener of choice
1/2 cup natural creamy peanut butter


1/4 cup melted peanut butter
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup powdered erythritol


  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together dry ingredients. In a separate mix together the wet ingredients. Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
  2. Place tins into a cupcake pan and fill with batter. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Let the cupcakes cool.
  3. Whisk together all ingredients for frosting until smooth. Top each pancake with frosting and enjoy!

Makes 12 cupcakes. Calories per cupcake(with frosting): 227. Net Carbs: 12 g. Fat: 9g. Protein: 13 g.

Protein Banana Muffins


2 cups IdealFit Pancake Mix
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 egg
3 tbs agave
1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Set oven to 350 degrees. Mix together mashed banana, egg, almond milk, agave, and vanilla extract.
  2. Add in Pancake Mix and whisk until smooth. Spray muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray and pour the batter in. Bake for 20 minutes and Enjoy!

Makes 12 muffins. Calories per muffin: 164. Net Carbs: 16 g. Fat: 1g. Protein: 9g.

Healthy Protein Pancakes


2 scoops IdealFit Pancake Mix
1/4 cup water


  1. Mix 2 scoops of protein pancake mix with 1/4 cup of water.
  2. Use 1/4 cup measure to pour batter onto a preheated and lightly greased skillet or griddle.
  3. Flip once after bubbles stop forming and cook each side until golden brown. Makes about 3 four-inch pancakes.
