Oats ‘N Honey Bars
- 2cup - rolled oats
- 0.25cup - oat flour
- 1 - scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
- 0.5tsp - cinnamon
- 0.25tsp - baking soda
- - dash of salt
- 0.25cup - coconut oil
- 0.25cup - honey
- 0.25cup - coconut sugar
Heat oven to 350° F. Line 8-inch square pan with cooking parchment paper, leaving a few inches of overhang on 2 sides.
Place the rolled oats in a large bowl. Add the oat flour, protein powder, cinnamon, baking soda and salt to the bowl of oats; stir.
In a microwavable bowl, heat the coconut oil and honey uncovered on high just until melted. Stir in the coconut sugar. Add mixture to the bowl of oats, and stir well to coat oats completely. Spread mixture evenly in the pan; press down firmly and evenly.
Bake 20 minutes, or until the edges start to turn golden. Cool on rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pan using parchment overhangs. Cut into 10 rectangles once the bars have completely cooled. The bars will firm and crisp up even more as they sit out.
