No Bake Protein Cookie Bars

Ingredients

  • 1cup - old fashioned oats
  • 1 - scoop Chocolate Brownie IdealLean Protein
  • 1tsp - dark chocolate cocoa powder
  • 1tsp - coconut oil, Melted
  • 1tbsp - unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2tbsp - honey
  • 2tbsp - natural peanut butter
  • 1tbsp - dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients except dark chocolate chips. Press down evenly into the bottom of a loaf pan.

  2. Melt dark chocolate chips and drizzle on top. Freeze for at least a couple of hours or until bars are solid. Cut into 8 bars and enjoy!
