No Bake Chocolate Coconut Cookies

No Bake Chocolate Coconut Cookies

Ingredients

  • 0.5cup - almond butter
  • 0.25cup - coconut oil
  • 0.25cup - honey
  • 1 - TBL cocoa powder
  • 0.5cup - rolled oats
  • 1cup - unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 - scoop Chocolate Coconut IdealLean Protein
  • - dash of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine almond butter, oil, honey, and cocoa in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk ingredients for about 3 minutes until mixture is smooth and melted.

  2. Remove from heat and add the following: 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut,1 scoop chocolate coconut IdealLean Protein, dash of salt

  3. Drop the dough onto parchment paper using a 1 tablespoon measuring spoon.

  4. Place cookies in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to set up.

  5. Optional- Sprinkle with additional coconut shreds before the cookies set up.
