Mint Chocolate Waffles


  • 1 - Mint Chocolate IdealLean Protein Bar
  • 1cup - old fashioned oats, ground
  • 0.25tsp - salt
  • 1tsp - baking powder
  • 1tbsp - cocoa powder
  • 0.75cup - unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 - large egg
  • 1tbsp - coconut oil


  1. Microwave Mint Chocolate IdealLean Protein bar and 1/4 cup almond milk for 1 minute. Stir until mixture is smooth.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix ground oats, salt, baking powder, and cocoa powder. Add remaining almond milk, egg, and coconut oil and mix until smooth.

  3. Using a 1/4 cup, scoop batter into hot waffle iron. Repeat until batter is gone. Enjoy!
