Mint Chocolate Waffles
- 1 - Mint Chocolate IdealLean Protein Bar
- 1cup - old fashioned oats, ground
- 0.25tsp - salt
- 1tsp - baking powder
- 1tbsp - cocoa powder
- 0.75cup - unsweetened almond milk
- 1 - large egg
- 1tbsp - coconut oil
Microwave Mint Chocolate IdealLean Protein bar and 1/4 cup almond milk for 1 minute. Stir until mixture is smooth.
In a separate bowl, mix ground oats, salt, baking powder, and cocoa powder. Add remaining almond milk, egg, and coconut oil and mix until smooth.
Using a 1/4 cup, scoop batter into hot waffle iron. Repeat until batter is gone. Enjoy!
