Mint Chocolate Crumble
- 1cup - raw almonds
- 12 - pitted medjool dates
- 1tbsp - dark cocoa powder
- 1 - scoop Mint Chocolate IdealLean Protein
- 2tbsp - honey
In a blender or food processor, blend almonds and dates until ground.
Pour into mixing bowl and add dark cocoa powder, Mint Chocolate IdealLean Protein and honey. Mix until combined.
Line loaf pan with parchment paper and press mixture into pan. Freeze for at least 30 minutes.
Remove parchment paper from loaf pan. Cut into 8 squares or drop on counter to break into pieces. Enjoy!
