Some healthy high protein matcha pistachio balls

Serves 9. Serving Size: 1 ball

Matcha Pistachio Balls


  • 0.5c - raw cashews
  • 0.25c - pistachio nuts
  • 1 - scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
  • 8 - medjool dates, pitted & chopped
  • 1tsp. - matcha powder
  • 2tsp. - coconut oil, melted & cooled
  • 2tsp. - agave or honey
  • - dash of nutmeg


  1. Place all the ingredients into a high powered blender or food processor. Process until finely chopped and blended.

  2. Using a tablespoon sized cookie scoop, scoop out balls of mixture. Roll between your hands to create 9 evenly sized balls.

  3. Refrigerate for 15 minutes then enjoy. Store in the fridge to keep it fresh!
